| Hey guys, It's been a long time since I've been around but I actually have never been this big before. I'm really embarrassed and ashamed but here are my stats for ya. H: 5'7 CW: 182 Chest: 41cm Waist: 42cm Hips: 44cm Thighs: 24cm I need desperately to change so I am gonna come back to xanga and do what I used to do, eat better and work hard at exercising and changing my body before I get any more depressed about it. Just before Christmas last year I was around 152 pounds and I know that if I put in some really hard work I can get myself down to 170 for the end of October. I don't have a gym membership anymore, can't afford one cause I'm unemployed but I have a bunch of exercise videos and loads of time on my hands to do them so I'm starting tomorrow morning bright and early with one of those. Wish me luck girls, I will be checking around to see if any of you guys are still around and hope to make some more new friends to keep each other inspired and motivated. Peace  | | |
| CW: 158!!!!!!!!! I'm so so happy with that! I weighed myself this morning because I had my period the last couple of days so didn't want to weigh until it was finished. I can't believe that I managed to lose 3 pounds during my period, but I'm so happy because it means I'm right on track to get down to 150 for xmas. I'd like to aim for 154 for Saturday, I would be over the moon with that but I may find it harder to shift the pounds now, but I'm not gonna give up. I would be happy with 156 but I'm aiming for 154. C'mon!!!! Yeah!!! I slacked off with the water and green teas at the weekend so making sure I drink 2.5 litres every day this week and at least 3 green teas a day. I love green tea!! Water - 2.5 litre edit/ Intake - banana (105), 2 clementines (46) 3 Ryvita (96) 2 laughing cow triangles (50) 2 dried fruit snacks (86) = 383 No exercise - need to go to the gym tomorrow!!!

| Great!! A friend just tagged a photo of me on Facebook and it's really awful. She looks great and my face is huge and puffy and fat. It's horrible!! It actually spurs me on even more. Tomorrow I need to work out more and eat less. When I go home for xmas I need to be at least 150. That's eleven pounds. C'mon, I can do this!!! Hope everyone is having/had a good day! | I need to make better choices, today I bought yoghurt covered cranberries even though I had my dried fruit snacks with me. And I bought bad crisps when there was no need!!! I don't mind having crips or treats but I just to choose them better. Need to find lower fat, lower calorie versions of nice treats because I know if I deny myself everything I will be headed for a major binge. Water +6 Exercise +0 Intake +8 - Yoghurt covered cranberries (206), activia fat free raspberry yoghurt (59), 2 clementines (46), carrot and parsnip soup (140), stir fried veggies - onion (28), celery (6), baby sweetcorn (63), chestnut mushrooms (48), mangetout (30), Walkers Max cheese & onion crisps (265) = 891 I feel really full and bloated today. Ladytime is coming real soon, hopefully tomorrow. I need to be extra careful during my period this time. | Had a good day, gyming it and eating really healthily. Had some upsetting news from my boyfriend last night but I'll tell you about it another day when I'm feeling better about it. My favourite phrase right now is "Melting fat". It's what I need to do! From my thighs and stomach and legs and arms! I say it to myself when I work out, over and over and it pushes me to do more. When I don't feel like working out I repeat it over and over until my lazy fat ass goes and works out.
